Is it really free?
Yes. During our pilot (through 2026), every family using Autipal pays nothing. No card to start. After the pilot, the Free tier will always cover everything essential — Parent Academy, Child Mode, AAC, visual schedule, mood journal, crisis support.
What happens after the pilot ends?
Family Free stays free, forever. Family Plus moves to $6/month (or your local equivalent — we adjust for purchasing power). Clinic plans are negotiated per-clinic, with options for per-family or flat-fee billing. We'll give pilot families 60 days' notice.
Will you ever sell my data or show ads?
No. This is a permanent commitment, written into our privacy policy. We don't sell data, we don't train external AI on your child's information, and we'll never run ads inside Autipal. We make money from clinic subscriptions and (eventually) the Family Plus tier.
What if I can't afford Family Plus?
Family Free is genuinely a complete product — not a crippled trial. Use it forever. If you want Plus features and can't afford them, write us at hello@autipal.com — we have a sponsored-family program in partnership with NGOs.
Do I need internet to use Autipal?
Only for the first sync. After that, lessons, the AAC board, schedules, and Child Mode all work offline. AI features (photo → tile, custom stories) require internet at the moment of generation, but the result is cached for offline use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One tap in Settings, no questions asked. Family Free has nothing to cancel — just stop using it whenever. Plus and Clinic subscriptions can be canceled mid-period; you keep access until the period ends.
